These terms govern your use of the Cotton India website and any purchases made through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are hand block-printed and naturally dyed. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, print placement and finish between the product photo and the item you receive are normal and not considered defects.

3. Orders and payment

Order and payment terms — including accepted payment methods and order confirmation process — will be finalised and published here once our online payment system is connected.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you'll be charged.

5. Shipping

Shipping areas, costs and estimated delivery times will be published here once our courier partnerships are finalised. Local pickup is available at our Bangalore store.

6. Returns and exchanges

Our full returns and exchange policy will be published here before launch. It will cover the eligibility window, condition requirements (such as tags being intact), and how to start a return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photography, text and design — belongs to Cotton India and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim for accuracy across the site, but we don't guarantee that every description, image or price is error-free at all times. We'll correct errors as soon as we're aware of them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
