Why Cotton India Exists
Fast fashion made it easy to forget the saree folded in a mother's cupboard, or the block-printed dupatta an aunt wore to every festival. We started Cotton India to bring that back — not as a costume for special occasions, but as something you can reach for on an ordinary day, whatever your age.

Classic sarees, suit sets and Patiala salwars in the styles your mother and grandmother have always trusted.
Every length is block-printed and naturally dyed by hand — no two pieces print identically.

"I bought a kurta set for myself and a saree for my mother in the same order — both of us wear our pieces on completely different occasions, and both fit perfectly."
"The block print on my dupatta is slightly different from my sister's, and that's exactly why I love it. Feels made, not manufactured."
"Visited the Bangalore store on a whim and ended up staying an hour. The naturally dyed cottons are a different feel entirely from what's in stores now."
